Standard DIN 302

Steel Countersunk head rivets with nominal diameters from 10 to 36 mm

This standard DIN 302 applies to countersunk head rivets with nominal diameters from 10 mm to 36 mm. The setting of solid rivets is achieved by passing the rivet through the material to be fixed and then either deforming the end of the shank or fitting a non return washer. Deformation can be achieved by hammering or using a press or spin riveting.
