A company is looking for a new supplier which could meet our cleanliness spec together with a dry friction coating. We looking for a “clean” solution for our valve body bolts of our new transmissions. Because our hydraulic valves has very small clearances we need high cleanliness for the bolts of these valves bodies. For the moment we are washing the bolts (to get the high cleanliness) and assembled them with oil (to get a correct friction coeff.). We would like to change to a dry & clean configuration. Our current bolt supplier can’t meet the high cleanliness we would like. In attachment a typical valve body bolt We would need more then 2.000.000 bolts per year for one of our new project.
