We are seeking a long term supply partner that has extensive EXPERIENCE and UNDERSTANDING of the following: - Hot Forging CNC Machining Threading Heat Treatment / Normalising / Annealing / Tempering Chemical Compositions Low temperature Application Products Zinc Plating Black Oxide Coatings First and foremost all companies absolutely must have access to steel in any amount (small to medium) across various diameters from 25mm through to 55mm in the following steel grade - Australian X1320 (data sheet attached) or any of the below suitable equivalents only: - Chinese: 20Mn2 Japanese: SMn420 British: BS970-EN14A US: ASTM1524 Please see Test Piece Data Sheets attached as well for the different diameters. Please see Testing requirements sheet as well. The correct partner will work together with us on a project that will require various items over the next 6 to 7 years approximately.
